Baked in a salty dough. No holes.
The result is a chicken so moist and tender.

Sparkling
Getting into my "French women don't get fat" book again. I had just been reading it like a novel haha
After all, it's not a diet, but a lifestyle change, which was not easy until I've moved out of home and have more control over meals :D
As a result, I've begun my recasting and this was today's lunch to compensate for the fatty Chinese restaurant food we had last night.

Le petit creme ou La petite crème?
Lemon sugar crêpes! I thought it was my own creation (and it was!) but it's actually quite common :(.
I think that lady behind us was actually posing!
Le petit creme in Darlinghurst
How French the café actually is... I can't say (they left out the accent on Crêpes, their chefs were actually Viet and I'm pretty sure "crème" is a feminine word which means "Petite" is wrong also and should have been "la". - guess that semester of French paid off XD)
But apparently they have they best eggs benedict. Unfortunately, I did not have the privilege to try it as it was only available on the weekends!
My crêpes were good though :D

Posting alot due to exam stress!
Not that I'm doing much studying to resolve some stress...
Anyway, when I was younger, like 15-20ish, I had a weird craving for eating/chewing sand...
I'd wash about half a teaspoon and then chew on it for abit and then depending on how I felt that day, I'd either swallow it or rinse it out.
I never really told anyone because well... eating sand isn't exactly a normal thing.
Plus it stopped anyway. After the doctor prescribed me some iron tablets for anaemia, I never craved it anymore. Of course it wasn't instant, so I was never sure.
It only occured to me now to google my weird cravings and it's called "pica".
:D so there, I'm not a weirdo after all.

Pica, which is a term for eating substance slike sand/dirt/clay, can be a sign of this, most often iron.
:D so there, I'm not a weirdo after all.

comfort food
Haven't been sleeping well. Probably due to the 6am start and 1am sleeping schedule. Anyway, last night, at our favourite Ramen joint down the block (Ryotei Ramen in Crows nest), I downed two umeboshi onigiris, almost swallowed whole. Haven't been eating much rice either and forgot how wonderful it was :D
Point is, I got home at 8pm and fell asleep straight away. Woke up about 30 mins ago, all recharged!
I guess rice is my type of comfort food.
